Description:Begin the exercise by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and the barbell resting across your trapezius. If it is possible stand on the elevated surface, so that your heels are elevated off the ground. Push through the balls of your feet and extend your feet as high as you can. Slowly return to the starting position. Then repeat the exercise.
