Description:Holding a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing each other stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bent over at your hips. Bend your elbows so that they are tight against your ribs. As you exhale, extend the dumbbells behind you, straighten your arms. Inhale as you bend your elbows again.
