Description:Lay back on the ground grabbing the kettlebell in your hand. Straighten the hand with a kettlebell up so that it is above your head. Keeping the upper position of your hand, tighten your core and use your abs to crunch up to raise your torso off the ground. Pause at the top before returning to the starting position.
