Description:Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your hands outside of shoulders with loose fingertip grip. Descend your hips back and down. Squat slowly, making sure that your back straight, elbows high, knees are in line with toes. Complete the exercise at full hip and knee extension.
