Description:This is a great full body power exercise that is going to help to develop lower backpower, legs, explosive power in your back. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Squat down with dumbbells in front of you. Grab the dumbbells in your hands and explode up holding the weights on your chest level. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
