Description:This is a very advanced exercise that will test your ankle and hip mobility, as well as leg strength. Stand still straightening your left foot ahead so that your toes face the ceiling. Now slowly make a squat (only with one leg). To make it easier, you may try to squat on the bench/chair for the beginning.
